About the Role
Join Bright Horizons as a Kindergarten Prep Teacher and help children build a strong foundation through engaging, hands-on learning. You’ll collaborate with early education experts while supporting 4- and 5-year-olds in reaching age-appropriate milestones. Responsibilities
- Lead a teaching team to plan goals and create classroom activities tailored to children’s needs and interests
- Support daily learning through interactive, developmentally appropriate instruction
- Communicate regularly with families by sharing progress and daily milestones
- Maintain a safe, clean classroom by following required procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass required state and company background checks
- Meet all state and company minimum education and experience requirements
