About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified, state-certified Kindergarten–Elementary Teacher to deliver standards-based instruction in an online learning environment. In this role, you’ll guide students through course content, provide support and encouragement, and help each learner make progress toward established academic goals.
Responsibilities
- Teach and facilitate Kindergarten–Elementary coursework in a remote setting
- Manage the learning process and provide instruction aligned to course expectations
- Use Stride K12’s learning management system to monitor student progress
- Work closely with students and families/learning coaches to support learning outcomes
- Identify student needs and adjust support to help learners stay on track
- Travel occasionally as required to support program needs
Requirements
- Valid state certification for Elementary education
- Residency in Washington or within 50 miles of the state border
- Comfort teaching in an online environment and supporting families
- Strong ability to track progress and use an LMS to guide instruction
Benefits
- Base salary range of $46,000–$64,000 (based on experience and education)
- Potential performance bonus eligibility
- Start date: School Year 2026/2027
