About the Role
Language Services Associates is seeking qualified Krio telephonic interpreters to support Limited English Proficient (LEP) callers through on-demand phone interpretation. This role connects interpreters with clients across a range of settings, including medical, legal, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Interpret accurately and professionally during inbound telephonic calls
- Answer calls promptly and provide clear language communication
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting the needs of callers and providers
- Follow the Code of Professional Conduct, including strict confidentiality
- Comply with company policies and professional interpretation protocols
Requirements
- Fluency in Krio and English
- Strong interpreting skills with attention to accuracy and clarity
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion
- Reliable availability to respond to inbound calls as needed
