Join MFS and help modernize HR technology through Workday. As a Lead Analyst, you’ll lead optimization and continuous improvement of HR systems, using independent judgment to turn complex business needs into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own Workday-focused analysis, planning, and project execution from discovery through delivery
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and improve HR processes
- Translate business requirements into system design, configuration, and workflow enhancements
- Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
Requirements
- Experience supporting or implementing Workday HR (configuration, integrations, or process improvement)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across HR and technical teams
- Comfort operating with discretion and independent judgment in a fast-moving environment
