About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day assistance in the dental clinic to support providers and students
- Prepare treatment areas and instruments before patient visits
- Assist during procedures while maintaining patient comfort and safety
- Support clinic workflow, inventory readiness, and basic equipment readiness
- Help maintain organization and adherence to clinical protocols and standards
Requirements
- Dental assisting experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of chairside assisting and basic dental workflow
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and support team members in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism
