About the Role
Join our team to shape the next generation of our web ecosystem. You’ll lead the design of modern digital experiences, strengthen our design foundations, and help guide a large-scale website redesign—working side by side with engineering, product, marketing, and external agencies to deliver thoughtful, high-impact outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own design for high-impact web experiences, including homepage, product pages, and key user journeys
- Advance a scalable design system with tokens, components, and reusable modules for our CMS
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure design system elements are implemented with high quality
- Help define and refine site architecture to improve clarity, usability, and navigation
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking with a proven ability to translate design principles into reusable patterns
- Experience designing across multiple web surfaces and user journeys
- Demonstrated collaboration with engineers and cross-functional partners
- Craft-focused approach to visual design, UX, and consistency at scale
