About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next chapter of an iconic American brand—electrifying it, digitizing it, and delivering powertrains designed for real-world use. We’re seeking a Lead Integration Engineer (L1) to drive the integration of key vehicle systems across our all-electric and Harvester™ range extender platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration activities for L1-level systems, coordinating technical work across teams
- Own interface definitions and ensure components work together reliably
- Support system bring-up and validation activities, troubleshooting integration issues
- Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to maintain requirements traceability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and documentation
Requirements
- Experience integrating complex automotive or embedded systems at the system/interface level
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software integration
- Ability to work with requirements, specifications, and traceability practices
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and communicating technical status clearly
