About the Role
Join a fast-growing specialty pharmacy management services team as a Lead Pharmacy Technician. This 100% onsite role (Monday–Friday) is ideal for an experienced technician who can work independently, support high-quality patient care, and build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and internal team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day pharmacy technician activities to support smooth, accurate workflows
- Maintain a patient-first approach while assisting with prescription processing and related tasks
- Partner with clinicians and internal pharmacy staff to ensure timely, reliable service
- Use strong attention to detail to support accurate documentation and organized operations
- Demonstrate a positive, results-oriented mindset that supports quality and service goals
Requirements
- NC state licensure and national certification requirements (PTCB and/or NHA)
- Registered pharmacy technician experience; CPhT preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently and establish credible, professional relationships
- Strong organization and administrative/detail-oriented skills
Benefits
- $59,000 base pay plus a 15% bonus
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- 100% onsite schedule Monday–Friday
