About the Role
Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to help organizations modernize how they manage travel and spend. Our platform reduces time-consuming, manual “shadow work” by automating travel bookings, expense workflows, invoice processing, and more—so teams can focus on real work.
In this role, you’ll be a key partner for customers, translating business needs into practical solutions and guiding successful adoption of Perk’s platform across the US market.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and solution mapping to understand customer travel and spend processes
- Demonstrate how Perk automates travel, expenses, and invoice workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape solution designs that fit customer requirements
- Support the pre-sales and implementation journey to drive adoption and measurable outcomes
- Document requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of solution consulting practices and materials
Requirements
- Proven experience in solutions consulting, customer-facing technical consulting, or pre-sales for B2B software
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear solution recommendations
- Comfort working with complex workflows related to travel, expenses, invoices, or spend management (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting implementations or customer onboarding is a plus
