About the Role
CoreWeave University supports learning at scale by relying on strong systems, data, and operational infrastructure. As the Learning Partner Lead for Operations, Systems & Platforms, you’ll help build and improve the foundations that enable the learning function to perform reliably as the organization grows quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own operational processes and partner with internal teams to improve how learning programs run.
- Support and enhance systems and platforms used to deliver learning content and track outcomes.
- Use data to identify gaps, measure performance, and recommend improvements to learning operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure learning workflows are scalable, efficient, and well documented.
- Help define and maintain best practices for learning operations and platform usage.
Requirements
- Experience leading operations and/or systems work supporting program delivery at scale.
- Comfort working with data to evaluate performance and drive process improvements.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize improvements in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with learning platforms, HR systems, or related operational tooling is a plus.
