About the Role
LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our outpatient clinical team in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare and want a supportive environment that promotes clinical excellence and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare focused on patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain strong care standards
- Use telemedicine and in-person options as needed to support scheduling flexibility
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania
- Commitment to patient-centered, clinically excellent care
- Professional interest in ongoing growth and development
