About the Role
LifeStance is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in the Warrington, PA area. You’ll provide compassionate, high-quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting while supporting clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals and families
- Maintain a consistent, patient-centered approach to care
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment planning and progress
- Use telemedicine and in-person sessions as needed for care delivery
Requirements
- Active LMFT licensure
- Commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare
- Interest in professional growth and ongoing development
- Comfort working in an outpatient model with flexible scheduling

- Full-time income estimated at $90,000–$100,000 (productivity-based compensation model)
