About the Role
Geode Health is a fast-growing national outpatient mental health organization focused on making care more accessible, affordable, and effective. We’re seeking an Advance Practice Provider (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) to join our team in the greater Woodstock market.
In this role, you’ll deliver psychiatric healthcare services to support patients through comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing medication management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial mental health evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide medication management and monitor treatment response
- Deliver supportive psychotherapy when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered treatment
Requirements
- Licensed Psychiatric PA or PMHNP (as applicable)
- Experience providing outpatient mental health or psychiatric services
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to create individualized care plans
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care
