About the Role

Join The Avalon of New Albany as a Hospitality-Focused Housekeeping Associate. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents by completing housekeeping and laundry services throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Follow community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep resident areas and common spaces looking their best
• Handle laundry tasks to ensure items are properly cleaned, sorted, and maintained
• Support a positive, hospitality-driven experience for residents, families, and team members

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures
• Ability to work reliably and maintain a professional, respectful attitude
