About the Role
LifeStance is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team in Havertown, Pennsylvania. You’ll provide high-quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting while helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services with a focus on clinical excellence
- Provide outpatient care through in-person sessions and telemedicine when appropriate
- Collaborate with the broader care team to support client outcomes
- Maintain professional documentation and treatment planning in a supportive clinical environment
Requirements
- Active LMFT licensure (or equivalent licensure required for practice in Pennsylvania)
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality behavioral healthcare
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

- Full-time income range of $90,000 to $100,000 (productivity-based compensation)
