About the Role
LifeStance is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team across multiple Philadelphia-area outpatient clinics. If you’re passionate about high-quality behavioral healthcare and want a supportive environment that helps you grow, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to clients in an outpatient setting
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral health care with a focus on clinical excellence
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support strong patient outcomes
- Use a flexible mix of telemedicine and in-person sessions as appropriate
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality behavioral healthcare
- Professional mindset and interest in ongoing clinical development

- Full-time income range of $90,000 to $100,000 (productivity-based compensation)
