About the Role
Join Lund’s residential treatment program as a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) and deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care to clients and children. You’ll support individuals in building the confidence and skills they need for lasting health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide client-centered nursing care that is trauma-informed and responsive to individual needs
- Coordinate admissions and discharges, supporting smooth transitions in care
- Assess health concerns, respond to healthcare needs, and help maintain safety and wellbeing
- Develop and support individualized health plans, aligned with each client’s goals
- Educate clients and families on health topics and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and community providers to coordinate medical care
- Schedule and attend appointments as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Administer and dispense prescribed medications according to established protocols
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN licensure
- Experience in clinical nursing and patient care (residential or behavioral health experience a plus)
- Strong assessment and care coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community healthcare partners
- Commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered care
