About the Role
Join Atlantic Visiting Nurse as a full-time Registered Nurse supporting patients in their care journey. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to monitor patient conditions, provide nursing care, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate patient health records, reports, and documentation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
- Support treatment plans by prescribing or recommending assistive medical devices and related care
- Observe, report, and document symptoms and changes in patient condition
- Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate nursing care plans in partnership with the healthcare team
- Record vital signs and other relevant medical information
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
