About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time role provides a collaborative environment focused on helping patients improve mobility and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist the physical therapist with patient evaluations and treatment sessions
- Provide one-on-one support to help patients follow care plans

Requirements
- Current PTA licensure (as required by state)
- Experience working in physical therapy or a related healthcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling
