About the Role
DeepLearning.AI is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey—from first sign-up through conversion to a loyal, paying Pro subscriber. In this role, you’ll focus on reducing churn and increasing free-to-paid conversion by building strategy, automation, and measurement across the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy to improve free-to-paid conversion and reduce churn
- Design and iterate automated messaging for onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement
- Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, and Marketing Engineering to instrument funnel events and improve tracking
- Develop experiments and performance reporting to continuously optimize conversion paths
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure lifecycle campaigns align with product and positioning
Requirements
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or growth marketing with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of subscription conversion metrics, churn, and funnel optimization
- Experience using marketing automation and analytics to run experiments and improve performance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering partners
