About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager II to join our team and provide a best-in-class customer experience. This individual contributor role is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring freight is handled to meet or exceed service standards. You’ll also communicate customer needs and changes to internal operations and work to maintain strong customer relationships while meeting company operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers
- Coordinate freight service to ensure performance meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Communicate customer requirements, updates, and changes to operations teams
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to support long-term success
- Work toward company-defined operational metrics and service targets
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency coordinating with internal teams to drive operational outcomes
