About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a more sustainable battery supply chain by keeping critical minerals in circulation through recovery, reuse, and recycling. We’re looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our Operations and Inventory Planning team, helping ensure the right materials move at the right time to support internal teams and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate transportation for raw materials, finished goods, and other critical inventory
- Optimize logistics processes to improve delivery performance and supply reliability
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align shipment plans with operational and customer requirements
- Support ongoing planning activities as the logistics network and business scale continue to grow
Requirements
- Experience analyzing logistics, transportation, or supply chain performance
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines
- Comfort working with data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication skills across operations and planning teams
