About the Role
Join our team as a Logistics Management Specialist serving as an Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) at Patuxent River, Maryland. You will support the Weapons Sustainment Management organization within NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV China Lake, contributing to the AARGM-ER extended range program under PMA-242’s Direct and Time Sensitive Strike portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, execute, and oversee integrated product support, sustainment, maintenance, and logistics operations
- Lead and coordinate logistics, sustainment, readiness, and supportability activities across assigned programs
- Ensure assigned team members complete tasking, action items, and program requirements accurately and on schedule
- Provide oversight, guidance, and support for logistics operations that enable Fleet readiness
Requirements
- Experience supporting logistics, sustainment, or maintenance operations within complex programs
- Strong program planning and execution skills with a focus on schedule, accuracy, and accountability
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and track action items to completion
- Demonstrated understanding of readiness and supportability priorities
