About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking a Logistics Training Coordinator Specialist to help build and deliver effective training that strengthens our logistics operations. In this role, you’ll support onboarding and continuous improvement efforts so teams can execute processes safely, accurately, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics training plans for internal teams, including onboarding and refresher sessions
- Partner with operations leaders to identify training needs and translate them into learning activities
- Maintain training materials, schedules, and documentation to ensure consistency across teams
- Track training completion and performance metrics, escalating gaps as needed
- Support process standardization by reinforcing best practices in day-to-day logistics workflows
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and training records
- Comfort communicating with cross-functional teams and facilitating learning sessions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and operational accuracy
