About the Role
As a Director within UTA Advisory, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to top advertisers across industries such as CPG, Automotive, Retail, Pharma, Financial Services, and Entertainment. You’ll help optimize complex, multi-channel agreements—protecting value across billions of dollars in annual media buying and marketing spend.
Responsibilities
- Advise client legal and procurement stakeholders on contract strategy, risk, and performance optimization
- Analyze and evaluate complex agreements to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to strengthen commercial terms across multi-channel contracts
- Support the Principal and Head of Global Contract Advisory in developing advisory priorities and thought leadership
- Contribute to new business development by expanding client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Help introduce C.O.R.E. advisory services to new markets and partners
Requirements
- Strong background in contract analysis, legal risk evaluation, and commercial strategy
- Experience working with legal, procurement, and marketing stakeholders on complex agreements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment influenced by technology, regulatory updates, and industry shifts
- Proven ability to support business development and client expansion efforts
