About the Role
Kapitus is looking for an experienced MLOps Architect to help design and scale production-grade machine learning platforms with a focus on Generative AI. You’ll partner with engineering and data teams to ensure models are reliably deployed, monitored, and continuously improved.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, and ongoing model lifecycle management
- Design reliable infrastructure and automation for Generative AI workloads
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking for models in production
- Establish CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows and model releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Support governance and best practices for security, reproducibility, and operational readiness
Requirements
- Proven experience designing MLOps architectures and production ML systems
- Strong understanding of ML deployment patterns, monitoring, and model versioning
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation tooling (e.g., containers, orchestration)
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and operational considerations
- Ability to partner with engineering teams and translate requirements into scalable systems
