We are seeking a macOS Engineer who is passionate about securing critical infrastructure and enjoys working in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain macOS environments for organizational and mission needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user and system issues across macOS platforms
- Assist with configuration, deployment, and ongoing upkeep of macOS systems
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to improve reliability, security, and performance
- Document findings and support processes to enable consistent operations
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting macOS systems
- Strong understanding of system configuration, user access, and device management fundamentals
- Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
