About the Role
Revlon is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support our assembly operations on the 1st shift. In this role, you’ll help keep production equipment running reliably so we can deliver high-quality beauty products to customers every day.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair assembly and manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance activities
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring equipment issues
- Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance work and ensure safe, efficient operations
- Maintain documentation for maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements
- Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems used in production equipment
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to safety
- Willingness to work on the 1st shift at our Salem, VA site
