About the Role
Join the Facility & Infrastructure Management Department as a Management Analyst at FLTREADCEN EAST. In this role, you will conduct analytical studies, incorporate customer feedback, and help strengthen core organizational processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical studies to support continuous improvement of functional processes
- Develop and refine local policies, directives, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Serve as a principal advisor to management on assigned initiatives
- Prepare and present briefings to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership audiences
- Initiate and execute assignments independently within established policies and guidelines, or recommend updates when needed
- Review and draft education and training programs, including plans and course requirements to support user training on key processes
- Respond to questions from higher headquarters and external organizations regarding facility and infrastructure-related matters
Requirements
- Experience conducting analytical studies and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong skills in policy development and SOP creation
- Ability to advise leadership and communicate clearly through briefings
- Experience creating or supporting training materials and course requirements
- Comfort responding to inquiries from senior stakeholders and external partners
