About the Role
Recorded Future is seeking an experienced Manager of Billing & Revenue Operations to lead and scale our billing and revenue accounting processes for a global SaaS customer base. In this hybrid role, you’ll translate complex contracts into accurate, compliant billing and revenue outcomes while driving efficient cash collection and realization.
Responsibilities
- Own billing and revenue operations processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales, and Finance leadership to align operations with business growth
- Translate SaaS contract terms into billing schedules and revenue accounting treatment
- Oversee collections processes to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding risk
- Drive automation and continuous improvement to make workflows scalable and audit-ready
- Ensure documentation and operational controls support audit and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Experience leading billing and revenue operations in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and billing compliance concepts
- Ability to interpret complex contract language and translate it into operational execution
- Proven cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, Finance, and RevOps stakeholders
- Operational judgment with a hands-on approach to process ownership and improvement
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment
