About the Role
Radian Generation is seeking a Manager II to lead Compliance & Risk Operations and help ensure our renewable energy services meet regulatory and internal governance standards. In this role, you’ll support the full lifecycle of compliance and risk activities across technology-forward operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day compliance and risk operations to support consistent, auditable processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks, track actions, and monitor progress.
- Maintain operational documentation and ensure controls are followed and updated as requirements change.
- Support investigations and issue resolution related to compliance or operational risk.
- Assist in developing reporting that communicates risk posture and compliance status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or governance operations.
- Strong understanding of operational controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Ability to analyze risk, prioritize issues, and drive timely remediation.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical partners.
