About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next chapter of an iconic American legacy—combining electrification, digital experiences, and innovation. We’re seeking a Manager to lead execution and issue management for the TPL platform, helping teams deliver reliably and resolve problems quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own execution planning and coordination for TPL platform initiatives
- Drive issue identification, triage, and resolution workflows across stakeholders
- Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery against commitments
- Establish and improve issue management processes, escalation paths, and reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, risks, and dependencies
Requirements
- Proven experience managing delivery execution and operational issue management
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive to closure
- Excellent problem-solving skills with structured triage and root-cause thinking
- Experience with platform or software delivery in a fast-moving environment
- Clear communication skills for status updates, risk communication, and escalations
