About the Role
Join Ford’s Human Resources team as a Manufacturing HR Business Partner, embedded within automotive manufacturing plants and parts depots. In this role, you’ll combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on support to help teams attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to deliver on business goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with plant and depot leaders to drive HR strategy and support day-to-day people operations
- Act as a change leader and employee advocate, reinforcing a strong, inclusive culture
- Support talent planning, hiring, and retention efforts to meet workforce needs
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to improve workforce effectiveness and employee experience
- Provide practical guidance on HR initiatives that empower teams to perform at their best
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting manufacturing or high-volume operations
- Strong understanding of talent strategy, employee relations, and culture building
- Ability to partner effectively with leaders in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
