Join our team in Marietta, OH as a Manufacturing Project Coordinator. In this direct-hire role, you’ll help manage configure-to-order (CTO) and quick-ship projects from order release through final delivery, partnering with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, and customer support to keep everything moving on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate CTO and quick-ship orders across the full lifecycle—from order entry through shipment and project closeout.
- Review incoming sales orders to confirm accuracy, completeness, and correct product configuration.
- Track project status using reliable documentation and maintain accurate records throughout execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep deliveries aligned with customer requirements.
- Support schedule adherence by coordinating handoffs and following up on key project milestones.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or project coordination (or a strong interest in project management within manufacturing).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify order information and configurations.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining organized, accurate documentation.
