About the Role
American Campus Communities is looking for a proactive Marketing and Resident Experience Specialist to support revenue growth by combining strategic marketing with hands-on leasing. In this role, you’ll help prospective residents find the right home and ensure current residents feel welcomed through engaging experiences and community events.
Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and revenue by executing marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage the leasing workflow for prospective residents, including handling appointments, leads, tours, and maintaining model/show rooms.
- Provide informative, engaging property tours and guide prospects through next steps.
- Complete prospect and future resident follow-up to support conversion and long-term retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication and service skills.
- Comfort coordinating leasing activities such as tours, lead follow-up, and resident onboarding.
- Ability to create a positive resident experience and contribute to a welcoming community environment.
