About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and continuously improve paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You’ll own the full campaign lifecycle—from audience segmentation to scaling—using performance data to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Execute, optimize, and scale end-to-end Paid Media campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Track and review campaign performance daily, using metrics such as CPL, CPA, and CTR to spot opportunities
- Run testing and iterative optimizations to improve efficiency and results over time
- Build and optimize landing pages with a conversion-focused mindset
- Use reporting and automation tools (including Looker Studio and AI-driven workflows) to streamline execution
Requirements
- Experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CPL, CPA, and CTR
- Comfort with landing page optimization and conversion best practices
- Familiarity with Looker Studio and automated reporting/workflows
- Spanish fluency (ES) for this role
