About the Role
SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Lead to guide the buildout, startup, and handover of engineering systems in Memphis, TN. In a small, hands-on team, you’ll help drive engineering excellence while supporting a mission focused on advancing knowledge through AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical commissioning activities across buildout, startup, and handover phases
- Coordinate execution to ensure systems are ready for operational transition
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical learnings clearly with teammates
- Support a culture of initiative, strong prioritization, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading mechanical commissioning efforts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share knowledge accurately and concisely
