About the Role
TLC Engineering Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support healthcare-focused projects in Tampa, Florida. This is a hybrid position with two days per week in the office, offering opportunities to grow from early design through construction completion.
Responsibilities
- Work on mechanical engineering projects of varying sizes and complexity within healthcare environments
- Handle smaller projects independently while collaborating on larger efforts
- Apply guidance and mentorship from experienced engineers on more complex scopes
- Contribute to concept-to-construction design development as part of an in-house team
Requirements
- Mechanical engineering experience related to building systems (healthcare preferred)
- Strong ability to learn and apply engineering concepts from design through construction
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a project team
