About the Role
Vital Lyfe is tackling global water challenges through innovative desalination and water treatment solutions. We’re seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineering Intern for Fall 2026 to support hands-on engineering work with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design and optimization of high-pressure mechanical systems.
- Assist with prototyping, testing, and improving lightweight, energy-efficient components.
- Evaluate materials and system designs to help ensure reliability and performance.
- Support development hardware work during engineering build and test activities.
Requirements
- Ability to work hands-on with development hardware.
- Comfort with physical tasks that may involve extended standing and crouching.
- Strong interest in mechanical engineering and real-world problem solving.
