About the Role
As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer specializing in Stress and Dynamics, you will help ensure our designs are robust, meet technical requirements, and support product integrity. You’ll partner with the design organization to analyze proposed solutions, recommend improvements, and apply Robust Engineering principles (Design for Process Excellence) to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform stress and dynamics analysis to predict mechanical behavior of components
- Evaluate proposed designs for robustness and compliance with requirements
- Recommend design optimizations to improve performance, reliability, and integrity
- Apply Robust Engineering (Design for Process Excellence) methods to support process and product excellence
- Collaborate across teams to support integrity for components across multiple commodities
Requirements
- Experience with mechanical integrity engineering, stress analysis, and/or dynamics modeling
- Strong understanding of component behavior and design requirements
- Ability to interpret analysis results and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience working with engineering tools and technical documentation
