About the Role
4DMT is seeking a Medical Director to help advance late-stage, disease-targeted therapeutics. You will play a key leadership role in supporting clinical development for our lead program, 4D-150, a backbone therapy designed for long-term delivery of anti-VEGF agents for blinding retinal vascular diseases.

Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership to support the clinical development strategy for late-stage programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to inform study execution, medical strategy, and scientific planning
- Support evidence generation and medical review activities across clinical and translational efforts
- Contribute to medical communications and internal decision-making to ensure alignment with clinical goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support patient-centered outcomes and reduce treatment burden
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and relevant clinical/medical leadership experience in biotech or pharma
- Strong understanding of clinical development and medical strategy for therapeutic programs
- Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and scientific teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate medical/scientific insights into actionable guidance
