About the Role
As a Medical Scheduler, you’ll help coordinate patient appointments while following established scheduling policies. You’ll ensure each visit is accurately documented and that patients receive clear, timely communication.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage patient appointments in accordance with case scheduling policies
- Provide appointment details and updates to patients and internal teams
- Complete and/or audit electronic documentation for patient and case information
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness when entering and verifying data
- Handle scheduling priorities under pressure while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent call center experience
- Ability to adapt to changing departmental needs
- Strong attention to detail for data entry and documentation
- Excellent communication skills with patients, peers, and supervisors
