Medical Scheduler (Call Center Experience) - Full-Time Onsite

About the Role

As a Medical Scheduler, you’ll help coordinate patient appointments while following established scheduling policies. You’ll ensure each visit is accurately documented and that patients receive clear, timely communication.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments in accordance with case scheduling policies
  • Provide appointment details and updates to patients and internal teams
  • Complete and/or audit electronic documentation for patient and case information
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness when entering and verifying data
  • Handle scheduling priorities under pressure while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent call center experience
  • Ability to adapt to changing departmental needs
  • Strong attention to detail for data entry and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, peers, and supervisors
