About the Role
Lantern is a specialty care platform built to connect people with the right care when they need it most. We partner with a Network of Excellence across surgery, cancer care, infusions, and more—while pairing members with dedicated care teams throughout their journey. In this role, you’ll drive member activation for cancer and infusion services, helping members take the next step toward treatment and better outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Use logic-driven decision-making to identify activation opportunities and remove barriers to care.
- Coordinate member activation workflows for cancer and infusion pathways, ensuring timely next steps.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve end-to-end member experience from outreach through engagement.
- Track activation performance and use insights to refine processes and improve results.
- Collaborate with care teams to support members as they move through their care journey.
Requirements
- Experience managing member engagement, activation, or care coordination in a healthcare or specialty services environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to apply logic to complex, time-sensitive decisions.
- Comfort working with process metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset across teams.
