About the Role
SketchPro.ai is building AI that supports junior architects by embedding directly into real architectural workflows. Our platform works within Autodesk Revit and the broader AEC stack to automate time-consuming documentation, drafting, rendering, and design tasks using AI agents.
This onsite role is based in San Francisco, with the office located near Salesforce Tower. We’re hiring for 2 open seats at the Member of Technical Staff level (0–6 years experience).
Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI-powered features that operate inside professional AEC workflows
- Support automation of drafting, documentation, and rendering tasks end-to-end
- Collaborate with product and engineering to iterate quickly based on customer feedback
- Contribute to system reliability, performance, and maintainability
Requirements
- 0–6 years of relevant engineering experience
- Comfort working with tools and workflows used by professional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technical domains quickly
- Experience building production software (details can vary by background)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $140,000–$225,000
- Equity: 0.5%–1.0%
- Visa sponsorship available (H-1B)
- Full-time employment
