Merchandise Processor (Full-Time) – Donated Goods Retail

About the Role

Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a full-time Merchandise Processor to support our Donated Goods Retail operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure donations are processed efficiently and prepared for the sales floor while maintaining production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations by sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, and moving items to the sales floor to meet store production and sales goals
• Stock, rotate, and organize products to keep inventory fresh and easy to shop
• Follow all production procedures and quality expectations during every step of processing
• Provide essential support to day-to-day operations and customer service needs as required

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and production environment
• Comfort with repetitive tasks such as sorting, tagging, and merchandising
• Reliable attention to detail to ensure items are processed correctly
