Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Onsite) - Chicago, IL

About the Role

Cresco Labs is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to support creative production for our growing brand portfolio. In this role, you’ll help develop design assets that strengthen our in-house cultivated and manufactured brands and support a welcoming, professional experience across our channels.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine graphic designs for brand and marketing needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative direction into polished deliverables
• Maintain consistency in brand look and feel across multiple formats
• Support production timelines by delivering assets accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design (mid-level)
• Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback effectively
• Comfort working with brand guidelines and multiple creative requests
