As a Principal Creative, you’ll help shape the creative direction behind how our platform engages customers at every touchpoint—making complex travel and spend workflows feel simple and delightful.
Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate creative strategy across key customer journeys and product touchpoints
- Partner with product, design, marketing, and brand teams to translate business goals into compelling creative
- Own concepts end-to-end, from early exploration and storytelling through final execution
- Set high creative standards, mentor teammates, and improve creative processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure creative work aligns with brand, usability, and performance objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience leading creative work at a senior level (e.g., Principal/Lead)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategy, craft, and measurable impact
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly across disciplines (product, marketing, design, engineering)
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with a strong sense of quality and iteration
- Comfort influencing direction and driving decisions with both taste and rigor
