Mixing and granulation equipment operation
About the Role
Join our team as a Mixing Operator II and help operate mixing and granulation equipment in line with Company Standard Operating Procedures. This role is focused on maintaining 100% cGMP compliance to support consistent, high-quality product manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Operate and verify mixing and granulation advance equipment, including V-blenders and PIAB systems, for loading/unloading and spin-time setup.
- Perform and verify High Shear Granulator cleaning and operation procedures per SOP, including spin-time setup and controlled addition/spraying of granulation solution via peristaltic pump.
- Calibrate the peristaltic pump and ensure accurate process execution.
- Operate and verify cleaning and mixing procedures for the AMF Hobart Mixer to prepare ingredient mixing, granulated material, and final blends for the compression department.
- Complete required production documentation and records accurately to support compliance.
Requirements
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict cGMP standards.
- Experience operating or supporting industrial mixing/granulation equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
