About the Role
Entrupy is seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead our mobile engineering efforts in the United States. You’ll help build and scale iOS and Android experiences that support our AI-powered authentication technology, helping protect businesses and consumers from counterfeit goods.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor mobile engineers across iOS and Android, supporting high-quality delivery
- Drive technical planning, architecture decisions, and engineering execution for mobile products
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and ML teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Improve engineering processes, code quality, testing practices, and reliability
- Own delivery outcomes, including roadmap execution, performance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience leading mobile engineering teams (iOS and/or Android)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with modern mobile development practices
- Ability to drive technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with agile delivery and engineering management (hiring, coaching, performance, or similar)
- Comfort working in a fast-growing, global technology environment
