About the Role
Doctors Without Borders (MSF) USA is seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer to support impactful storytelling and communications. In this role, you’ll create engaging visual and multimedia assets that help amplify MSF’s humanitarian work.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce multimedia graphics and visual content for digital and communications channels
- Collaborate with communications and advocacy teams to translate messages into clear, compelling creative
- Adapt designs for multiple formats, including web, social, and campaign materials
- Maintain brand consistency while ensuring creative work meets editorial and accessibility standards
- Support production workflows, including file preparation, versioning, and basic asset management
Requirements
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating multimedia or motion-ready design assets (e.g., for video, web, or social)
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, and color
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- Commitment to MSF’s mission and values, including independence and neutrality
